1. What we collect

• Your account: email address and password (or your Google sign-in), plus your plan.
• Vendor information you add: vendor name, email address, optional phone number, request status, dates and notes.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Email delivery information: whether a reminder was sent, delivered, opened or stopped.
• Usage data: basic analytics and logs collected through our app hosting platform.

2. What we do not collect

The Service is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, Employer Identification Numbers or W-9 forms. Please don't enter them. If you do, tell us and we will delete them.

3. How we use it

• To run the Service, send the reminders you set up, and show you your progress
• To process payments and support you
• To keep the Service secure and improve it

4. Vendor information and your role

You decide which vendors to add. We use vendor details only to provide the Service to you, including sending reminders on your behalf. We do not sell vendor details or use them to market to vendors.

5. If you are a vendor who received a reminder

A business that uses W9Chaser23 added your name and email. To stop reminders, use the Stop reminders link in the email or contact the business. You can also email us at hello@23foreversolutions.com to ask us to remove your details.
